Strategy

Solar Breeze is a "free" card, costing no Energy and giving you the card you spent to draw it back, and moves midrow objects to the right. So it's a good card if this rightward drift is something you want. It can open up your Missile Bay for launching more midrow objects, and if you make a point of dodging to your right (as many Peri cards do, for example), it can keep your drones in the game. As a "free" card, it also helps on the Gemini and the Tiderunner, allowing you to activate those ships' abilities without doing anything committal or substantial.

As a card that draws cards, costs 0, and doesn't Exhaust, this card can be a one-card infinite if you can draw your whole deck. If you have Flywheel, Crosslink, Sharp Edges, or Caffeine Rush, you can benefit off of this - Flywheel in particular can win the combat with any attack if you have other card draw.

Its A upgrade adds Retain, allowing you to delay using it to a future turn (and allowing you to have a larger hand then, in exchange for losing a draw this hand). In this way it becomes like Max's Spacer.

Its B upgrade adds Flippable, allowing you to move midrow objects to the left instead, giving it more situational utility and making it useful even if you feel the need to dodge left in a fight, whereas the unupgraded version can often be a nuisance in that case.
