Chip Shot is a common Peri card. Since Chip Shot is not in the default card pool, the only way to get it is through Endless Magazine or Dakka Drum which gives you a temporary Chip shot. The only way to gain a permanent Chip Shot is to use CAT's Summon Control artifact.
