Toggle Cannon is a common Ares card. At the start of each turn, Ares Cannon will give you a copy of this if you do not already have one.
Description
Costs 0 energy. When played:
- 1. Switch the active cannon.
Retains. Temporary. Single Use.
Strategy
A key piece of the Ares's toolkit. The keywords on this card basically mean that it is "free" to play (or not), subject to the condition that you can only do it once per turn. Plan out when you want to play this card so that you can efficiently shoot the enemy while also taking advantage of the Armor on the inactive cannon. Try not to discard it with e.g. Think Twice or Dice Roll as then it will be a poor card to draw later, though it's fine to Exhaust it with Total Cache Wipe.
