Strategy

Total Cache Wipe provides both a powerful attack and defense, at the cost(?) of Exhausting your hand. Even in a standard 5-card hand, attacking for 4 and getting 4 Temp Shield is solid, progressing the fight while generally not taking any damage. Math.Max can turbo-charge these values to 9. In any case, be sure that you aren't Exhausting anything important, for example:

All of your attack cards
Jupiter's Moons
All of your evade cards
Any key card like Ace, Clean Exhaust, etc.

Total Cache Wipe can help you build towards an infinite by exhausting cards you don't need so that you can have your whole deck in your hand. It is a bit tricky to use in this way because of its all-or-nothing nature and high cost.

Its A upgrade doubles the Temp Shield output, which usually isn't useful as the base card generally provides enough Temp Shield.

Its B upgrade instead adds Retain but increases the cost. This can make it easier to line up with cards you'd prefer exhausting and/or Math.Max, and makes the card easy to target with Admin Deploy, which can make the added cost not matter. This upgrade is very helpful if you're trying to set up an infinite combo.
