Wave Control is an artifact for Isaac that gives you 3 Droneshift at the start of each combat.
Strategy
A very useful utility artifact, allowing you to line up your drones/missiles on the enemy, line up Asteroids and other midrow objects to defend your ship, or even cause enemy drones/missiles to miss. It's glue that holds together many of Isaac's strategies.
In many fights, 3 Droneshift is plenty, so having this artifact means you often don't need to focus on drafting other Droneshift cards/can remove existing Droneshift cards (perhaps focusing on Evade instead).
