Quickdraw is a Riggs artifact that lets you draw 2 more cards on turn 1.
Strategy
A very generally useful artifact to help ensure that you're equipped for the most dangerous turn of many fights, i.e. turn 1. It also helps you get key pieces like Ace and Strafe in play earlier, and capitalizes on 0-cost cards in Riggs's pool.
