Shield Burst
Shield Burst is an Boss artifact for Dizzy that gives you Temp Shield whenever you gain any Shield.
Strategy
This artifact can often produce immense output, as Dizzy has multiple cards and artifacts that allow you to gain Shield. It almost mandates that you go for a full Shield build to take advantage of what it does, as you need to be taking hits for Temp Shield to be valuable and also need to be taking Shield damage for the underlying Shield gain to be meaningful (otherwise you'll just be hitting your Shield cap with it). It's a tremendous boon for full Shield builds - almost to the point of being mandatory for them, given how powerful it is. Look for Converter, Inverter, and Shield Gun along with ways to improve your Max Shield for win conditions with this.
