Photon Condenser is an artifact that boosts all attacks on Dizzy's cards by 1.
Strategy
A simple, powerful artifact! Boosting all damage by 1 is a very powerful effect, and it's quite helpful on a character who otherwise can struggle to put a dent in enemies. This artifact isn't easy to abuse because Dizzy's card pool doesn't have that many attacks overall, but it still usually manages to pull its weight. Many of his attacks, like Block Shot and Deflection, are very economical and with this bonus added on become quite powerful. Multi Stun in particular gains 2 extra damage from this artifact.
