Extra-Planar Being is an event during which the crew is given a boon by an unknown entity in the area that matters most to them.

This event can appear in Zone 1, Zone 2, or Zone 3.

Strategy

Healing is one of the more difficult resources to come by, making Ephemeral Repairs a great choice for ships with poor defenses at this point in the run.

Ephemeral Blast or Ephemeral Dodge can be good choices when near the boss of the Zone or before encountering an Elite to ensure a quicker or safer battle.

Backup Stick allows you to get more mileage out of these cards, allowing you to create practically infinite copies of it! This is one thing to consider if you have this setup.

Notes

• This event is one of the few that is not optional, as there is no way to skip taking a card. Fortunately, the card will remove itself when played, so this isn’t necessarily a problem.
