Strategy

In the context of the Jupiter, this artifact is often a Prepped Batteries in practice, as you'll reap its benefit on turn 1 when playing your first Jupiter drone. It can sometimes help during a rough early part of fights where you need to use Jupiter Drones as blockers of enemy shots. But usually, the Jupiter is looking to amass Jupiter Drones to snowball against enemy ships, especially later in a run. You're generally not in a good spot in a fight if you find yourself with no Jupiter Drones habitually in later fights.
